SAVE $21: Gift a year of Headspace to anyone on your holiday gift list for just $48.99 instead of $69.99 — that's 30% in savings as of Dec. 19.
It may be the most wonderful time of the year for some, but for others, it's just stressful. If you're still looking for a gift for someone in your life who's feeling the stress of the holidays, we've got just the thing: a year of Headspace.
Headspace is offering 30% off annual gifts for a limited time, so you can give the gift of better sleep, less stress, and self-care for less. Typically $69.99 for a year, you'll pay just $48.99 (about $4.08/month) during the sale by heading over to the Gift Headspace page and entering your giftee's details (name, email address). You can also include a personalized message and select the specific date you want your gift delivered. Your giftee will receive an email from Headspace with your personalized message on the day you choose. You can also gift a three-month subscription, but you'll pay nearly as much as you would with the annual gift deal ($38.99 versus $48.99), so opt for the annual for a better value.
Meditation apps have gained momentum as an outlet for de-stressing, improving sleep, and building a mindfulness practice. Headspace is a solid option that offers hundreds of guided meditations geared toward stress, anxiety, productivity, exercise, sleep, and much more. The app even offers mini exercises for when you're in a time crunch but really could use some grounding. While we have no way of knowing what 2024 holds, having Headspace as a tool to navigate the craziness certainly isn't a bad idea for anyone — especially at such a low cost.
